Since 1972, the authentic family management has given this small hotel the intimate informality of Romagna. Santa Adelmo and Matthew, at the reception, welcome guests with genuine and unique attention. Mamma Tonina and Cristhian are the "champions" of Romagna cuisine. The flavors and typical products of the Romagna tradition handed down by Tonina meet the innovation of international influences collected on the journey around the world by the young chef.

The choice of seasonal raw materials and related to the territory, possibly km0 and reworked in a homemade way make our restaurant a large home hearth where you can breathe passion and attention to the dishes. Right from breakfast we offer you an extra gear, thanks to a genuine buffet of homemade cakes, cold cuts and cheeses, jams, honey and nutella, juices and hot drinks. Every day we serve fish and meat, vegetables and seasonal fruit, homemade cakes and sorbets, accompanied by a selection of local wines in the bottle, from Sangiovese to Trebbiano, from Lambrusco to Pignoletto.

Why is our kitchen always on the move? Every week we organize a delicious evening "bombolonata" with our homemade hot doughnuts filled with cream and nutella, a freshly baked delight for our guests.

Among other culinary events also welcome aperitif, special dinners and the "great Romagna dinner" in the garden to honor the flavors of our land.
